Heather D. Satterley, CPA, MSI
Heather is a CPA and founder of Satterley Accounting Services. She is also the founder of Satterley Training & Consulting, LLC – a consulting firm focused on helping businesses define, design and automate their processes by employing innovative strategy and cloud-based technology. Heather is an Advanced Certified ProAdvisor, member of the exclusive Intuit Trainer/Writer Network, and a Zapier Certified Expert. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Heather is the co-host of the QB ‘Appy Hour with Liz and Heather, a webinar series devoted to building awareness in the accounting community about the latest technology trends and best practices in a fun, relaxed environment.
Heather was named a categorical Top 10 ProAdvisor in 2017 and 2019 and has been listed as a Top 100 ProAdvisor for the past 7 years by Insightful Accountant. She was also named to the Top 100 Influential People in Accounting in 2019 by Accounting Today.
Cindy Squires, FCA
Cindy has been a Chartered Accountant for over 18 years. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of the Intuit Trainer/Writer Network, and a former member of the Intuit Accountant and Advisor Customer Council. Cindy is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a Bill.com Guru, a TSheets Pro, and a Hubdoc Certified Advanced Partner. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, FL and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Nottingham in Nottingham, UK.
Cindy has experience in audit, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and sales/use tax for companies in many industries all over the world.
Abigail Church, MHA/Ed
Abigail is the Operations Director of Satterley Accounting Services. She carries 20 years of experience in project management and process improvement, eight years of experience in organizational development, and five years of experience in bookkeeping and human resources.
Abigail joined Satterley Accounting Services in December 2020. She is excited about utilizing her talents to assist in carrying out the company mission to provide our clients with meticulous financials, strategic guidance, and peace of mind, while creating career opportunities for earnest humans pursuing personal betterment and prosperity.
Megan Satterley Grande
Megan has been working with Satterley Accounting Services as a Bookkeeper since 2016. She went to school to be a medical assistant and was an office administrator for years before she had her second son and decided not to return to her full time career in the medical field. Megan had no idea that she would end up loving working from home, bookkeeping, social media and trying to help anywhere she can. Now Megan has 4 children and loves the flexibility of working for such an amazing company.
Katie Young, MSA
Katie is the Marketing Director and Team Support Specialist for Satterley Accounting Services. Katie holds a Masters Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. She specializes in strategic planning and leveraging group dynamics, organizational change, and communications to efficiently meet organizational objectives.
Katie joined Satterley Accounting Services in December 2020. She appreciates the spirited approach the SAS team takes when supporting clients and their business initiatives. The firm’s collaborative environment inspires her to contribute in meaningful ways to further the Satterley Accounting Services mission.
Lolita is a bookkeeper and comes to Satterley Accounting Services with more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field. She has experience in accounting, bookkeeping and individual taxes. She holds an associate’s degree in business management and is currently enrolled at Old Dominion University to complete her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Her goal is to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Lolita joined Satterley Accounting Services in March 2021 after spending several years focused on raising a family. She now homeschools two elementary age daughters after having done the same for three older sons. Lolita values working with a talented team that allows for work-life balance.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from
Ripon College, and a master’s in accountancy with an emphasis on taxation
from Northern Illinois University. He will be a Certified Public Accountant
He joined Satterley Accounting Services in November 2021 and is most
excited to be able to contribute to the team and bring in new ideas and
experiences. The flexibility and remote nature of the company will allow
for him to start his own company and continue to help others.
